Automatically send invoices in the correct PDF-format to who ever in you organisation needs to handle the payments. Just add the MailHook address to the invoice address of tool (like Meta/Google ads, or chatGPT whatever) and this automation will format it to a PDF, change the name using a template and sends it to you boss, finance dept, who ever. Keep yourself in the loop by adding your own email address in the CC.
