Transcription: Here's a sign that you're hiring dumb people. You start having to make dumb rules. So, you have to start saying things like, Don't steal food. Don't drink on the job. Make sure that you don't watch Netflix while you're on the clock. You have to start making these really stupid rules. You're like, I can't even believe I have to say this. And that's because you shouldn't have to because you hired dumb people. Rather than start making this big book of rules, check yourself and think, why do I have such dumb people in my team and what's my problem for bringing these people in?

And so like right now it's like one out of every hundred thousand bottles is like a gold bottle that's rare right. And the people want to collect. And so kids today are taking empty bottles and like trading them at lunch so that they can catch them all ones. So they're even paying each other for empties because that's how much scares they've been able to drive, especially internationally. And if you don't believe me, look at this. This is kids actually showing off their shelves of empty Prime bottles, like college kids did with the empty bottles of vodka that they somehow thought was cool because now they can legally drink or not really...
